Inside the PbS QDs/Bi2O2Se hybrid photodetector, when PbS quantum dots, acting as Electrical power donors, are photoexcited to an energized condition, they are able to transfer their energy non-radiatively to Bi2O2Se by dipole–dipole interactions.
